Fabbri Studio (New York), email nyc@fabbricryptotax.com, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
1. Data collected
- Contact data: name, email, message, selected package, estimated portfolio value (contact form).
- Wallet data (optional): public blockchain address, token balances and transactions, only if you connect a wallet or use the calculator.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, cookies (see Cookie Policy).
2. Purposes and legal basis
- Tax consulting and quotes (pre-contractual measures).
- Legal and tax compliance (legal obligation).
- Direct marketing with prior consent.
- Site security and operation (legitimate interest).
3. Retention
Contact data is retained as needed for consulting and legal requirements (up to 7 years for tax documentation). Wallet data is not persisted on servers without explicit user consent.
4. Recipients
Data may be accessed by studio staff, IT providers, email services, and — for the calculator — public APIs (Blockscout, CoinGecko, WalletConnect) processing wallet addresses client-side or via direct browser calls.
5. Your rights
You may exercise access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability rights by writing to nyc@fabbricryptotax.com.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers (e.g. WalletConnect, CDN) may process data outside the US with appropriate safeguards.
