1. Cancellation right (14 days)
Consumers may cancel within 14 days of contract conclusion without penalty, where applicable under consumer protection law.
Customized services exception: once portfolio analysis or return preparation has begun using client-provided data, the service is partially performed and cancellation may not be full.
2. How to cancel
Send written notice to nyc@fabbricryptotax.com, including name, order date, and purchased package.
3. Refunds
- Before service start: full refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- After partial start: proportional refund for the unperformed portion, evaluated case by case.
- Completed service: no refund except for documented professional error.
4. Satisfaction guarantee
If unsatisfied with the initial consultation (before return filing), you may request a free revision or cancellation with 50% refund within 7 days of first delivery.
