1. Scope
These Terms govern use of fabbricryptotax.org and purchase of tax consulting and cryptocurrency reporting services offered by Fabbri Studio, a licensed CPA practice.
2. Nature of service
Services consist of professional tax consulting, return preparation, tax calculation, and tax assistance. The web calculator provides indicative estimates and does not replace personalized professional advice.
3. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the site ($199, $399, $599/year) exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is made as agreed (wire transfer, invoice). Promotions (e.g. SOCIAL50 code) are valid as communicated.
4. Client obligations
The client must provide complete and truthful data and documentation (exchange statements, wallets, transactions). Incomplete information may compromise return accuracy.
5. Limitation of liability
The Studio operates with professional diligence under applicable law. It is not liable for errors from incomplete client data, subsequent regulatory changes, or third-party blockchain API failures.
6. Intellectual property
Content, Fabbri CryptoTax brand, calculator, and site materials are Studio property. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
New York State law. Competent courts: New York County.
